Icon - Never Forget

I created this icon today to show my feelings for an event that profoundly changed everything I knew. The one I had been using yearly as my tribute showed the burning tower and I decided it was time to let that image go.

That does not mean that I will ever forget.

I still remember vividly the silent skies and watching television as the horror unfolded. I remember the kindness and the heroes and the way people came together to help in any way they could. Though I am not a praying sort of person, I do pray that humanity finds a better way to resolve its differences than to keep giving the nebulous 'them' (as opposed to the known 'us') another reason to attack.

I hope I have put this in the right place with all the proper documentation. The original image was powerful enough on its own and I changed very little other than to crop it and add the text.
